Rufus 3.19 adds bypass for mandatory Windows 11 22H2 Microsoft account requirement

Microsoft has mandated that an internet connection and a Microsoft Account (MSA) be required to install the Windows 11 22H2 Insider build. Thankfully, the OOBE\BYPASSNRO workaround we previously discovered still works, and later, one of our forum members discovered a simple bypass trick to install Windows 11 22H2 via a local account.

Now, Rufus has joined in and added a new option in its latest pre-release version 3.19 Beta for bypassing the mandatory requirement for a Microsoft Account (MSA) on Windows 11 22H2. This is part of the new selection dialog for Windows 11 settings customization in Rufus.

In addition to bypassing the MSA, the new dialog also provides TPM and Secure Boot bypass options that were added in the previous Rufus 3.18 Beta release.
