Microsoft has released a new Windows 11 Insider build 25126 to the Dev Channel. This is Sun Valley 3 (Windows 11 23H2) for Windows Insiders, which will eventually be a 2023 release.

Account Settings Page Improvements
In October, we introduced subscription management in Settings > Accounts, allowing you to view your 365 subscriptions in Microsoft Windows 11. With this release, we're making it easier for you to see all supported Office permanent products associated with your account in Settings > Accounts, such as Office 2021 or Office 2019.
All supported Microsoft 365 Office products are licensed to your account, shown under Account Settings. This update will allow you to view all supported Microsoft365 Office products licensed to your account. You can view details about your product or install Office by clicking the "View Details" button . This information appears on the Microsoft Account Management page, and you can now view this data in Windows 11 via Settings > Accounts, as shown in the screenshot above, starting with that version.

[General]
We fixed an issue that caused some Insiders to experience bugchecking and error DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL in pci.sys, causing a rollback when trying to install the latest version in the development channel.
We did work to mitigate an issue that caused the Program Compatibility Assistant Service to use unexpectedly large amounts of CPU for some Insiders after upgrading to the latest Insider Preview build in the Dev Channel.
[Start Menu]
If the touch keyboard is docked, it does not work when trying to edit a folder name in Start should be closed unexpectedly again.
[Search]
Fixed a high-hit explorer.exe crash that could occur when using search.
[Settings]
When using Arabic or Hebrew display language, the preview image under Personalization > Lock Screen should not Show it backwards.
[Task Manager]

Fixed an issue where the context menu did not follow the same pattern (light or dark) as the Task Manager itself for some Insiders.
Fixed typo in "Minimize Usage" tooltip.
If you have hidden charts on one side of the Performance page, the circle color used should now match the chart in summary view.
Resolved an issue where the "Not Responding" status of some applications was not reflected on the Processes page.
[Windows Sandbox]
Removed the "Lock" option in the Start menu because it didn't work.
[Other]
Fixed the problem that using "Open all active printers" from the printer icon in the system tray would unexpectedly happen when there are no active queues Problem opening file explorer.
