Windows 11 Build 22543 is rolling out to testers in the Dev Channel now, and it comes with changes that may be released as part of Sun Valley 2 in fall 2022. With today's preview update, Microsoft is adding support for new natural voices that will be used in the Windows Narrator feature.

Today’s preview update comes with two major changes – the introduction of new natural sounds for Windows Narrator, and UI improvements to the window snapping experience. The company says the new sounds will allow users to comfortably browse the web, read and compose emails, and more.
These voices support text-to-speech on the device and use modern APIs that support offline content. Currently, these new Natural Narrator voices are available in English-US. To get started, you need to launch Narrator and open its settings page, where you can simply select and add the "Jenny" or "Aria" voice
If you're not sure about your voice pack selection, you can always single Click the Preview button to listen to the voice, then click Install to complete the process. After applying the changes, you can also try the new Narrator commands: Narrator Alt Minus and Plus keys switch between installed sounds.
