    Download ViveTool from Github
  1. Extract files to folder
  2. Open Command Prompt or Terminal as Administrator
  3. Right click to unzip the ViveTool folder and copy the path and paste it into the command window
  4. Run the following command to enable with Animation icon of the Settings application and press Enter.

  5. vivetool /enable /id:34878152
  6. Restart your computer, open the Settings app and try to navigate to Windows Update from System by clicking on the various sections .
To disable icon animation in Windows 11 settings again, run the following command and restart your computer.

vivetool /disable /id:34878152
