Windows 11 version 22H2 will apparently be released in October and comes with a number of improvements, including support for drag-and-drop on the taskbar, Windows Spotlfight, and more. The operating system looks like it will get another new personalization called "Stickers" in Windows 11 version 22H2, but the feature is apparently hidden in preview builds.
As part of Windows 11 22H2, Microsoft is adding new ways to personalize your desktop operating system to your liking. In RTM version 22621, confirmed by Microsoft itself, the new Stickers feature can be enabled.
As the name suggests, Windows 11’s Stickers feature allows users to edit stickers and add them to the desktop. The Windows clipboard or emoji panel has been updated with built-in stickers for various objects, animals and even anime characters. Stickers can be placed on your desktop wallpaper and they won't disappear when you change the wallpaper.
Currently, the sticker feature is purely for personalization, they don’t offer any additional functionality. For example, you can't add stickers to your desktop with notes or additional information like date and time.
Also, it doesn't work when you use the slideshow as a background or have multiple monitors. However, it works very well with Windows Spotlight which changes the background automatically.
This feature will debut with Windows 11 version 22h2, and references in the operating system indicate that additional stickers may be available through the Microsoft Store at some point in the future.
