The new suggested actions feature in Build 25115 will display options when the user highlights certain text or data.

[Live Subtitles]
Some full-screen apps (such as video players) prevent live subtitles from displaying.
Certain applications located near the top of the screen and closed before running live captions will relaunch behind the live caption window located at the top. Use the system menu (ALT Spacebar) while the application has focus to move the application's window further down.
