By default, the Battery Settings Slideshow is available in Power Options mid-pause. Therefore, to resolve this issue, it is better to change this setting and make it available. By making this change, the slideshow will run on the laptop while running on battery.
Follow these steps given below to change the settings in power options on Windows system.
Step 1: Press the Windows key and type edit power plan.
Step 2: Then, select the Edit Power Plan option from the search results as shown below.
Step 3: On the Edit plan settings page, click Change advanced power settings as shown below.
Step 4: This will open the Balanced Plan’s Power Options window.
Step 5: Double-click the Desktop Background Settings option to expand it.
Step 6: Then, again double-click the "Slide Show" option to expand it.
