Microsoft has released new Windows 11 build 22572.100 (KB5012817) to Dev Channel Insiders. The company is testing its service pipeline, and because this version of the update is a series of cumulative updates, it does not introduce any new features.
The official announcement says:
We are starting to release cumulative updates with build number 22572.100 (KB5012817). This update does not add any new content, but is intended to test the service pipeline we have established in the development channel.
All bug fixes and improvements released in earlier version 22572 will continue to be applied to the Dev Channel. This release comes with a ton of new features as we are now entering the next phase of Windows 11 in preparation for version 22H2.
Interestingly, although no new changes have been made in this release, the test build service as before has been known to break some functionality. For example, Windows 10 Build 21292.1010 caused issues with x64 emulation on ARM PCs.
