NVIDIA released a new AI supercomputing system DGX GH200 equipped with 256 Grace Hopper chips at Computex Taipei. Grace Hopper is a super chip composed of CPU and GPU. The CPU has 72 cores and 480GB LPDDR5 memory. The GPU part is H100, with FP64 performance of 34TFLOPS, INT8 performance of 3958TFLOPS, and 96GB HBM3 memory.
GH200 is equipped with a total of 256 Grace Hooper chips, 18432 CPU cores, 144TB HBM3 memory, and the AI performance reaches 1 exaFLOPS.
In order to interconnect 256 super chips, GH200 also uses a complex design.
