4. Supplementary Provisions

Article 11 Scope of application. This policy applies to artificial intelligence industry enterprises and institutions (industry associations, private non-governmental organizations) with independent legal person status, as well as qualified scientific research institutions and related talents.

Article 12: Repeat Principle. This policy is similar to other municipal policy provisions, and the same enterprise will not enjoy it repeatedly based on the principle of taking advantage of the higher rather than the lower policy.

Article 13 Policy Explanation. Specific issues in the implementation of this policy will be explained by the Municipal Economic and Information Bureau and the Municipal New Economic Committee and relevant municipal departments, and the implementation details will be formulated.

Article 14 Validity Period. This policy will be implemented from X, March 2023, and will be valid for 3 years.
