Huawei Managing Director, Terminal BG CEO, Smart Car Solutions BU CEO Yu Chengdong announced that the AITO M5 series smart driving version will be delivered in multiple cities.

According to official news, the AITO Wenjie M5 series smart driving version is the world’s first batch of mass-produced models, integrating Huawei ADS 2.0 advanced intelligent driving system and Hongmeng Intelligent Cockpit 3.0. This car is equipped with 1 overhead lidar, 3 millimeter wave radars, 11 high-definition cameras and 12 ultrasonic radars, providing an advanced intelligent driving experience close to the L3 level.

According to the editor’s understanding, the AITO Wenjie M5 series smart driving version adopts an all-aluminum alloy chassis, a front double wishbone and a rear multi-link independent suspension, and the body size is 4770* 1930*1625mm, wheelbase is 2880mm. This series offers two options: an extended-range version and a pure electric version. The extended-range version has a maximum cruising range of up to 1,425km under full fuel and full battery conditions, and the pure electric version has a cruising range of up to 255km.

Interface and user experience centers have covered more than 230 cities, and the total number has exceeded 1,000. At present, 178 AITO user centers have taken the lead in completing the image upgrade.
