According to The Verge, on June 8, London time, Adobe launched the AI image generation tool Firefly Enterprise Edition at its EMEA 2023 Summit. The new version is mainly aimed at large enterprises - enterprises can use their own data assets to train their own Firefly large models and quickly generate image content that is safe for commercial use.
The official website shows that the enterprise version of Firefly will be officially released in the second half of this year, but enterprise users can already use the functions of Firefly in the enterprise version of Adobe Express.

Firefly is an AI image generation suite released by Adobe in March 2023. Similar to many AI painting tools, users can use Prompt (prompt words) to generate images, or replace and modify image styles.

Adobe also said that in order to allow companies to use Firefly with confidence, if companies use the tool to produce content and are challenged by copyright, the company will consider providing them with corresponding financial compensation.

According to predictions by business leaders, business demand for content will increase fivefold in the next two years, so in order to meet this challenge, companies must improve the efficiency of content production. David Wadhwani, president of Adobe’s digital media business said.
With this generative AI application, users can generate images or edit font effects using only a few words or simple sentences, and can adjust the results according to the hundreds of styles provided. The enterprise version of Firefly is available to all company employees, who can use the generated images for marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and corporate presentations.
Adobe’s blueprint is much more than that. Currently, Firefly's main application area is images, but in the future it will expand to video, audio, animation and motion graphics design applications. Currently, Adobe has not announced the exact pricing of the enterprise version of Firefly, but said that the price will be determined based on the needs and scale of the organization and will be provided to various brands at a unified price.
Adobe also stated that the company has cooperated with hundreds of brands including Dentsu, IBM, and Mattel to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate the content supply chain with Firefly.
