iOS 17 brings a slew of new features to the Health app on iPhone, focusing on mental health and how it affects how we feel and behave. Today's wellness apps allow users to reflect on their mindset to help them identify their emotions and reduce feelings of sadness and anger.
#You can choose to express your emotions at a specific time or share how you were feeling overall throughout the day. Whether you choose to share your emotions or mood, you can scroll through a slider that lets you choose how you're feeling, ranging from very pleasant to very unpleasant. As you drag this slider, you'll observe a multidimensional shape transitioning from one form to another with a different color.
To help gather more insights about how you're feeling, you can choose descriptions like "happy," "stressed," or "calm" to help explain how you're currently feeling. During the logging process, users can also specify factors that influence their feelings. These factors can be people, such as family, partners, and friends, or activities, such as work, fitness, and travel.
You can write down any amount of mental state diaries to record your emotional feelings of the day. The more diaries you keep, the more helpful it is to gain a deeper understanding and improve your overall mental health.
