Microsoft releases Windows 11 Beta 22621.1972 and 22631.1972 updates: fixes RAM, BitLocker related issues

On June 30, Microsoft pushed a new Windows 11 test version to the Beta channel as usual, with the version numbers raised to 22621.1972 and 22631.1972.
