Now fixed: 401 search error occurs in Microsoft Outlook on the web

Microsoft released an update on its Health Control Center page, admitting that the web version of Outlook has a search bug, and a 401 exception error will be triggered when users search for emails.

Microsoft said: "We initially reviewed Outlook.com server logs, captured HTTP Archive Format (HAR) logs, and reproduced them internally. 401 search error reported by users."

Users reported that the entire search failure started at 8:30 on July 6, Beijing time, and lasted for at least 12 hours.

Microsoft announced at 4:14 a.m. on July 7, Beijing time, that it had fixed the search problem in the web version of Outlook.
