It is understood that this upgrade requires two updates. The size of the update package for the first upgrade is about 1GB. After users complete the upgrade to this version, they need to restart for about 10 minutes, and then they will receive the upgrade notification for the next version. The update package for the second upgrade is slightly smaller, and users only need to wait patiently for the update to be completed.
After the upgrade is completed, users can go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Google Play Services to enable Google Mobile Services (GMS).
