This series of products is developed in the order of 1-2-3-4-4X-5. For example, LPDDR5X is the seventh-generation product, and LPDDR5T is an enhanced version of the seventh-generation LPDDR (5X). The eighth generation LPDDR6 is still on the way.
According to the International Semiconductor Standardization Organization (JEDEC) regulations, the 16 GB product of LPDDR5T can operate in the minimum voltage 1.01~1.12V standard range. The data processing speed is 77GB per second, which is equivalent to transferring 15 full HD movies per second.
