Step 1 –Search for custom borders on the Internet. Alternatively, you can go to the Clip Art Library.
Step 2 –Just find a border you like and download it.
You can close the browser. However, remember where you downloaded the borders.
Now that you have a border, follow the steps below to use it on your workbook.
Step 1 –Open Microsoft Word and load a blank page in the workbook.
Step 2 –In that blank page, go to the “Design” tab.
Step 3 –Then, click on “Watermark” to open it in the design menu.
Step 4 –Next, select “Custom Watermark…” to create a custom watermark.
Step 5 –In the “Print Watermark” panel, select the “Picture Watermark” option.
Step 6 –Then, click on “Select Image” to open it.
Step 7 –When the “Insert Image” page opens, click “From File” to open it.
Step 8 –Browse your file and find the downloaded borders.
Step 9 – Select the border and click "Insert" to insert the border into the document.
Step 10 –After inserting the border, uncheck the “Washout” flag.
Step 11 – Then, click Apply to apply the border.
Now you can see how the border will look on the page. You can also use different borders if you're not satisfied.Step 12 –Finally, click “Close” to turn it off.
Step 13 –Now, go to the top of the page, the border is not reached yet. Double-click there twice and the "Header/Footer" box should appear.
Step 14 –Now you have to drag the custom border to cover the entire screen. Just click in the middle of the border to select it.
Step 15 –You will see four dots in the corners of the border. Select a corner and drag it to the corner to cover the entire page.
