According to news from this site on November 23, the vivo developer public account today released the "Notice and Guidelines on Fulfilling App Registration Procedures as soon as possible", requiring developers to complete the mobile application (App) registration process as soon as possible.
vivo said that according to relevant regulations, application developers are required to provide services to the province where they live through their network access service providers and distribution platforms. The communications bureau at the top level shall perform the filing procedures. If the filing procedures are not fulfilled, App Internet information services shall not be engaged. At the same time, mobile application software preset and distribution service providers are required to refuse to list unregistered applications to jointly safeguard the rights and interests of users.
vivo stated that starting from December 5, 2023, unregistered apps will be displayed as "unregistered" in the app store and mobile phone installers. Starting from January 4, 2024, it will gradually begin to clear out unregistered apps. App.

From September 2023 to the end of March 2024, applications that carry out business before the issuance of the "Notice" need to complete the filing procedures with the provincial communications bureau where their residence is located. From April 2024 to the end of June 2024, the telecommunications authorities will organize supervision and inspection of application registration status, and applications that have not yet fulfilled the registration procedures will be dealt with in accordance with the law
