KUKA has developed and designed a set of special clamps that can complete depalletizing and palletizing at the same time without the need for external mechanisms. This system mainly demonstrates the joint robot's complete layer dismantling and palletizing functions with the cooperation of the Delta robot. The design process of the DELTA and SCARA robots developed by KUKA highlights the advantages of flexibility and speed. Under the visual guidance of the sorting and placing system workstation composed of KR 3 D1200 and KR 6 R700 Z200, the DELTA robot quickly and orderly puts the messy products into the turnover box, while the SCARA robot can quickly remove the products from the turnover box take out.

The collaborative robot workstation mainly uses the LBR iisy series collaborative robot with a lightweight structure, making the robot application simple and easy. In the smart logistics exhibition area, KUKA China launched the KMP 1500i, a heavy-duty mobile robot for heavy-duty cargo handling scenarios in workshops. It weighs only 230kg, has a height of 258mm, and a rated load of up to 1.5T. KMP 600i is the first localized product based on KUKA SLAM navigation technology released by the KUKA China team. Its positioning accuracy can reach ±5mm and the maximum load can reach 600kg
