Microsoft has revealed new features in Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise customers.
Microsoft 365 introduces a grid view option to make it easier to identify content, while tagging features help better organize My Content. Additionally, business users can create and edit videos using Clipchamp integration. This feature includes editing tools like trimming, transitions, filters, text overlays, audio controls, and screen/camera recording.
In addition to this, a simplified file deletion process has been added in Microsoft 365 apps. This new feature allows users to delete files directly from the Home or My Content sections.
Additionally, Microsoft 365 apps have extended their capabilities to mobile devices, enabling users to prioritize tasks, capture voice notes, convert images to data, sign PDFs, and respond to comments fairly quickly.
With the web app's search capabilities, you can add Microsoft Graph connector content from third-party data sources to enhance content discovery across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
The Microsoft 365 browser extension will be retired and no longer supported after January 15, 2024. Users are recommended to utilize https://microsoft365.com as a central location to access applications and documents. For more information about it, click here.
