Win11 Build 2262x.1470 released today (with KB5023780 update summary)

Microsoft today released the KB5023780 cumulative update for the Win11 preview version for members of the Windows Insider project in the Beta channel. After users install it, the version number rises to Build 22621.1470/22624.1470.
