1. Open Settings》》Software and updates, as shown below

2. Download from: Drop-down menu, select other sites

3. You can select the best server, or you can specify a server you are satisfied with. Require password after selection

4. Select Close, then will automatically execute the update command (sudo apt-get update), and the update is completed

After installing Ubuntu18.04, it is too slow to use foreign sources. It will be much faster to change it to domestic sources.
