Sweden commissions world's tallest wooden wind turbine

According to news from this site on December 29, Swedish startup Modvion announced that it has built the world’s tallest wooden wind turbine tower, which is currently providing power to 400 households in Sweden.

This wooden structure is located on the outskirts of Skara, northeast of Gothenburg, Sweden. The 2-megawatt (MW) wind turbine was built for Varberg Energi. It recently started supplying electricity to the Swedish grid.
