According to news, Sony has announced on December 20 that it will no longer provide repair services for PS4 Pro (CUH-7100) and PlayStation VR (CUH-ZVR1)
The main reason why Sony announced the suspension of repair services is the lack of parts inventory. For consumers who previously submitted repair applications, they need to send the game consoles that need repair to Sony before January 5, 2024
