1.修改密码

grant all privileges on *.* to 'root'@'localhost' identified by 'new password';
Copy after login
2.修改端口号

（1）在服务中停掉mysql的服务

/

（2）在mysql的安装目录下，找到 my.ini 文件，修改端口号
