NIO announced that it will waive service fees during the Spring Festival holiday, which means that users will enjoy more affordable fees when performing high-speed battery swaps during this period.

NIO car owners can use the "Car-Charging Map" function in the NIO App to check charging stations that are free of service fees. The specific operation method is as follows: First, click "Filter" in the App, then select "NIO Power Swap Station" as the resource type, and then select "High-speed Service Area" or "High-speed Entrance" as the construction site.
