Basic and diluted net loss per share was 0.02 yuan (approximately US$0.00), compared with basic and diluted net income per share of 0.15 yuan in the same period in 2022.

Non-GAAP basic and diluted net income per share was 0.04 yuan (approximately US$0.01), compared with basic and diluted net income per share of 0.35 yuan in the same period in 2022.

As of December 31, 2023, Dingdong Maicai had cash and cash equivalents and short-term investments of 5.3092 billion yuan (approximately US$747.8 million), compared with 6.4930 billion yuan as of December 31, 2022 .

In the fourth quarter, Dingdong Maicai’s private brand products exceeded 20% of the overall GMV for the first time, an increase of 3.1 percentage points from the same period last year. Among them, non-fresh food private label products accounted for 34.3% of the total non-fresh food GMV, an increase of 7.7 percentage points from the same period in 2022.
