新京报讯 （记者林野）昨日下午4时许，地铁5号线站点内信息显示屏出现异常，均显示“王鹏你妹”四个字。对此事，北京地铁运营有限公司表示，近日5号线PIS系统（乘客信息显示系统）正在进行调试和人员培训，出现异常是由于一学员误操作，将聊天记录点击发布所致。
出现异常不久变为黑屏
昨日下午4时45分，地铁5号线天坛东门站，站内所有信息显示屏均已关闭，有些显示屏还被贴上了报纸。
安检入口一名地铁站工作人员证实，大概4点刚过，电视屏突然全部显示为“王鹏你妹”几个字。没多久系统关闭，变成了黑屏。
记者随后乘车，发现蒲黄榆、刘家窑、宋家庄、和平西桥等多个站点的显示屏均为黑屏。
蒲黄榆站地铁引导员韩秀梅称，她4点半上班时，站内所有显示屏都已是黑屏。
对此事，不少乘客表示，看不到列车信息显示，并未给自己造成太大影响，“车来了就上去呗。”乘客王小姐说。
地铁公司就此事致歉
昨日下午5时16分，北京地铁运营有限公司在其官方微博上回应称：5号线车站PIS屏出现的蓝屏白字显示异常，据初步了解，有可能是系统故障或人员误操作，具体原因正在进一步核实。
对该回应，网友纷纷表示质疑。网友@黄泊表示，如果是人员误操作还有必要用报纸遮盖？直接清除文字或者恢复不就行了？
天坛东门站一名工作人员透露，因为事发突然，大家以为只是短暂故障，所以忙着拿报纸贴上遮挡。另一名工作人员则表示，按照规定，各地铁站不能随意关闭乘客信息显示系统。
下午6时53分，北京地铁运营有限公司再次在官方微博发布信息称：经调查核实，确认是由于近日地铁5号线PIS系统正在进行调试和人员培训，由于一学员误操作，将和旁边同事之前调侃的话点击发布。给您带来的不便，在此深表歉意。
截至昨晚8时许，各车站乘客信息显示系统已经逐站开始恢复。
