Bitwise 透露一些主要机构将从第二季度开始开始投资比特币ETF

Bitwise said it is in "serious due diligence discussions" with a range of major financial and corporate entities interested in Bitcoin.

Bitwise chief investment officer Matt Hougan said he expects institutions representing trillions of dollars in assets to invest through spot Bitcoin ETFs. Hougan revealed the information, part of which was shared on social media.

Increased institutional interest

Hougan noted that Bitwise and other Bitcoin ETF issuers are likely to engage in “serious due diligence communications” with a number of important financial and corporate entities that have shown strong interest in investing in Bitcoin.

He further noted that these entities cover "major securities firms, institutional advisors and large corporates" but did not disclose more specific details about their identities.

According to the chief investment officer of Bitwise, three types of entities will inject large amounts of funds into Bitcoin for the first time in the second quarter. He noted that these inflows are expected to increase significantly during the year and have a positive impact on the market.

This prediction is based on people’s recognition of the increasing acceptance of digital asset products and diversified investment opportunities.

Bitcoin ETF’s Buyer

Since their debut in the United States on January 11, spot Bitcoin ETFs have quickly accumulated more than $8.9 billion in net inflows, marking them as one of the most successful ETFs in history.

This surge in interest has prompted the investment community to ask a key question: Who is driving this remarkable growth?

Hougan’s memo shows that spot Bitcoin ETFs have attracted widespread interest from a variety of investors, from individual retail investors to established entities such as hedge funds and asset managers.

He wrote:

“The launch of the Bitcoin ETF has been hailed as a bridge for professional investors to enter the Bitcoin market. This has been strongly confirmed by the experience of the past seven weeks.”

Notably, registered investment advisers (RIAs), family offices and venture capital funds have also been allocating exposure to Bitcoin, indicating widespread confidence in the potential of these ETFs.

This inclusivity marks a significant shift in market trends and provides professional investors with a regulated and familiar avenue to explore the emerging world of crypto asset investment.
