At the same time, the internal letter announced a series of organizational structure adjustments for the game business, including ByteDance's head of human resources Hua Wei will serve as Yan Shuo, the person in charge of the game business and the former person in charge of Zhaoxiguangnian business, will be transferred to the company’s finance department.
