This method returns a string representing the source code of the object.

Note: This method may not work properly on all browsers like IE.

  • NA

Return value:

  • For built-in date objects, toSource returns the string string (new Date(...)) indicating that the source code is unavailable
  • For date instances, toSource returns a string representing the source code.

Example:
