The javascript Date.setUTCSeconds() method sets the specified date in seconds according to universal time.

Date.setUTCSeconds(secondsValue[, msValue])
Note: The data inside and outside the brackets are optional
Here are the details of the parameters:
If the msValue parameter is not specified, the value returned from the getUTCMilliseconds method is used.
If the specified parameter is outside the expected range, call setUTCSeconds to try to update the latest information of the Date object accordingly. For example, if secondsValue uses 100, the minutes stored in the date object will be incremented by 1, and 40 will be used for seconds.
