According to news from this site on March 22, domestic storage brand Guangwei recently launched the PCIe 5.0 solid-state drive Shence PRO series on the e-commerce platform, including two capacity versions of 1TB and 2TB. At present, Shence PRO has not yet been officially launched for sale, and the placeholder prices for the two versions are 1,499/2,499 yuan respectively.

Shence PRO solid state drive adopts M.2 2280 specifications and is equipped with an external heat dissipation vest. It uses Phison E26 PCIe 5.0 master, equipped with independent DDR4 / LPDDR4 cache, and uses 232 layers of 3D TLC flash memory.

In terms of parameters, the 1TB version of Shence PRO can achieve 11500MB/s sequential read speed and 9000MB/s sequential write speed; while the 2TB version is further improved to 12000MB/s sequential read speed and 11000MB/s Sequential write speed. Guangwei does not indicate the random read and write parameters of Shence PRO series solid state drives.

Guangwei said that Shence PRO SSD complies with the NVMe 2.0 specification, supports the new ZNS partition namespace function, which can significantly reduce latency, increase throughput, and improve the durability of the SSD .

In terms of durability warranty, Guangwei provides a 5-year warranty for Shence PRO. The 1TB version has 700TBW write endurance, the 2TB version has doubled to 1400TBW, and the Shence PRO 2TB version has a write endurance of 700TBW.
