Recently, the Web3 social infrastructure project UXLINK officially announced its cooperation with a number of AI and GameFi projects, including Bubble AI, 1Gen Labs, Pond, MetaCene, BacGames, Space Nation, EarlyBird3 and more than ten projects, and released "UXLINK Social Ecological Alliance" empowers the start and development of ecological projects through its unique data value.

We recently had a thorough discussion with the UXLINK community, delving into how it serves as a critical and integral infrastructure project in the Web3 ecosystem.

UXLINK is becoming an important infrastructure for the Web3 ecosystem

#1. In the blockchain field, infrastructure projects usually refer to chains. Why is UXLINK also called infrastructure?

In the blockchain field, in addition to public chains or L2, which are called infrastructure projects, there are also infrastructures for processing core data, such as Alchemy, which provides API and RPC services, and Filecoin, which provides data storage and indexing services. Infrastructure such as Chainlink that provides data flow queries and oracles. Compared with public chains, this type of infrastructure will provide more specific basic services to developers based on the storage and computing capabilities provided by public chains.

UXLINK is an infrastructure for processing user social relationship data and is also the digital identity of WEB3 users.

UXLINK also plans to develop Social Luiquidity Chain to solve social asset problems such as social data flow and staking.

2. What problems does UXLINK infrastructure solve? How is it different from other social infrastructure?

UXLINK currently focuses on providing protocol and data services to help developers focus on innovative user services such as AI and games. UXLINK provides developers with user digital identity authentication (UXLINK Account Auth), user social graph data, and index access to on-chain asset data through API/SDK services.

Currently UXLINK has two core protocols:

  • RWS protocol, which mainly solves the problem of acquaintance social graph and can help developers achieve better recommendations and growth.

  • AWC protocol mainly solves the relationship between identity and assets on the chain. It can help developers better understand users and help AI models conduct behavioral analysis and recommendations.

Unlike other social infrastructure projects that focus on one-way follow relationships, UXLINK focuses on two-way, acquaintance social relationships, similar to the social structure difference between Weibo vs. WeChat. UXLINK constructs a social network of acquaintances in the real world.

3. UXLINK has both application and infrastructure parts. Which part is the focus? How to balance the two?

For the social track, applications and infrastructure have a very strong symbiosis and promotion relationship. Applications contribute data to the infrastructure and provide user-oriented usage scenarios. The infrastructure precipitates data value for applications, earns revenue by serving ecological applications, and provides Link To Earn rewards for ordinary users.

In addition to providing high-performance storage and computing and other underlying infrastructure capabilities, UXLINK more importantly provides large-scale acquaintance social graph data access services. Therefore, in the early stages of the project, the basic application of UXLINK needs to participate in the construction of the social data part of the UXLINK protocol. The UXLINK protocol is also the infrastructure for UXLINK applications. While operating UXLINK applications, it is also thickening the data part of the UXLINK protocol and providing available data sources for developer services.

4. What do the RWS Protocols and Social Liquidity Layer mentioned by UXLINK refer to?

RWS Protocols refers to UXLINK’s acquaintance social protocols, including UXAccount service protocol and UXGraph service protocol, which provide data service capabilities such as social data, social assets, and social recommendations.

Social Liquidity Layer is the basic network data layer on the social chain planned by UXLINK. On the social chain of UXLINK, each EOA account has its own social graph network. On other public chains, each EOA account is an isolated digital asset account, but on UXLINK’s social chain, these isolated digital assets can be connected and flowed in the Social Liquidity Layer. All Dapps built on UXLINK’s social chain Everyone can access this social network natively, making digital assets more liquid based on this network, and also providing the possibility for the liquidity of social assets.

5. As a developer, why choose UXLINK as the infrastructure BUILD?

Product growth: Developers can use UXLINK’s services for social fission and product growth.

Service recommendation: Developers can use UXLINK's social relationship graph to provide product users with personalized recommendation services based on social relationships.

Identity verification: Developers can use UXLINK to understand the user's digital identity, his digital assets, social accounts owned, social network and asset information on the social network, etc.

6. Ordinary users usually only focus on applications. Can ordinary users benefit from UXLINK infrastructure?

When ordinary users use UXLINK applications, they are helping UXLINK construct social data. Therefore, the essence of UXLINK's Link To Earn mechanism is also Data To Earn. Ordinary users contribute data to the UXLINK infrastructure and receive token rewards.

7. Excellent infrastructure has excellent ecological projects. Does UXLINK currently have any ecological projects? How is the progress? Can you give an example?

EarlyBird3 is a GameFi project in the UXLINK ecosystem. It started growth through UXLINK and completed social fission growth from 0 to 40,000 in 7 days. At the same time, by accessing UXLINK’s social relationship data, social product functions such as friend ranking and friend assistance are launched.

Currently, projects such as OKAPI and Bubble AI are being connected. We all believe that these projects will have excellent data performance after being connected.

8. How will UXLINK infrastructure develop in the future?

UXLINK infrastructure currently establishes standards for users’ social data through protocols, and developers use the APIs provided by UXLINK to use the service capabilities provided by the protocol. In the future, UXLINK plans to launch a social chain of Social Liquidity Layer to provide liquidity for users' social data assets, allowing the value brought by users' social networks to play a role in different WEB3 applications, supporting the use of ecological developers and third parties.

At the same time, we will expand our developer community and third-party project cooperation. The basis of infrastructure is data. Cooperating with third parties can bring more scenarios and applications to our users. Users benefit and UXLINK obtains data, forming a cycle of competition.

9. How does UXLINK obtain developers? Are there any plans to recruit or invite developers?

At this stage, UXLINK is in the early stages of development. We introduce developers through ecological project cooperation and establish UXLINK’s core infrastructure service capabilities in the process of cooperating with relatively mature project teams. Currently, UXLINK can provide social growth services at the application layer for ecological cooperation projects, as well as social relationship recommendation and user digital identity and digital asset verification services at the data layer.

In the future, UXLINK plans to launch more complete development suite tools to serve ordinary developers, and support more developers to join the UXLINK ecosystem by establishing a UXLINK community developer fund to provide technology and funds for the construction of the UXLINK ecosystem. Comprehensive support on both the online and user growth side.

10. Recently, we have seen more cooperation between UXLINK and AI projects. Is there any reason?

AI projects lack high-quality data, and UXLINK can provide precious data resources and application scenarios. UXLINK is one of the few in the WEB3 field that can provide three-dimensional data in the unit of account that is integrated on and off the chain, and when the data is connected, the value will be richer. This kind of data allows AI models to better learn, predict and judge. Simply put, UXLINK data and protocols are high-quality fuel for AI to run and are essential foundations.

UXLINK will become an important infrastructure of the WEB3 ecosystem, providing high-quality data support for developers and Dapps, and welcoming the industry's large-scale application development and 1 billion users in the future.
