Field sequence: If it is played on the Internet or electronic advertising, we will select [Progressive]. If it is played on a TV station or radio, we can choose [First field first/Last field first].

Video channel: Select [YCbCr Alpha]

Just keep the other defaults. See the picture after setting, then click OK to create a new project file.
