According to news from this site on April 17, Samsung recently announced that it has developed its first LPDDR5X DRAM memory that supports speeds up to 10.7Gbps.

Referring to previous reports on this site, the current maximum speed of LPDDR5X DRAM memory from other manufacturers is 9.6Gbps.

Samsung said that this 10.7Gbps LPDDR5X memory is based on 12nm process technology, compared to the previous generation product, the performance is improved by more than 25%, and the capacity is increased by more than 30%.
