Up to 64 models, Linux patch suggests AMD will push more Zen 5 Strix Point CPUs
According to news from this site on April 25, AMD recently submitted a new Linux patch through "x86/urgent", which includes 64 models of AMD Zen 5 Strix Point CPUs.
AMD Linux engineers have been improving "Family 26" (1Ah, aka Zen 5 CPU) support, and 4 number ranges have appeared in the patch, 0-15, 32-47, 64-79 and 112-127, each number can correspond to a CPU or CPU series (such as Strix Point for mobile devices, Granite Ridge for desktop devices).
With the newly released patch, models 0x10 to 0x1f (16 to 31) are now also considered Zen 5 processors.
Before the patch was exposed, AMD Zen 5 Strix Point CPU appeared in the GeekBench benchmark library, further indicating that AMD is about to release Zen 5 processors.
