Bitget App Cryptocurrency Recharge Tutorial

Introduction

Deposit cryptocurrencies from external wallets into your account on Bitget through the Bitget exchange App, quickly and easily. You can learn more about the process below.

Process

Step 1

Log in to your Bitget account. On the App homepage, click Deposit/Buy Coins, then click Deposit Cryptocurrency.

Step 2

In the Cryptocurrency tab, select the asset and network you want to top up.

NOTE: You must select the same network (ERC20, TRC20, BEP2, BEP20, etc.) on the platform from which you want to withdraw your cryptocurrency. Be careful when choosing a network to avoid losing assets.

Step 3

After selecting your preferred coin and network, an address and a QR Code will be generated. You can top up using these two methods.

With this information, you can complete the top-up by confirming the withdrawal from an external wallet or third-party account.

An example of the external wallet withdrawal page is as follows.

Reminder

• Any generated address is only for use by that specific cryptocurrency. Do not use this address for any other coins.

• For some cryptocurrencies, there is a minimum deposit amount. Recharges below this value will not be approved.

• Depositing cryptocurrencies requires a certain number of network confirmations, which will appear against the asset of your choice.

• Please confirm the security of your mobile device to prevent data from being tampered with or reset.

After completing the deposit process, you can find your cryptocurrency among your assets.

You can also click on the order history icon to view your recharge records.
