appserv的mysql和独立的php，apache，mysql的查询响应速度不一样

apachemysqlphp数据

之前用appserv的mysql里面十万条数据用php查询时的响应速度是ms极的，现在用独立的php，apache，mysql的查询响应速度好慢基本是要一两秒，为什么会这样子呢？
