windowsphp5php

打算在windows编译php5.5，但却提示缺少el.exe
缺少el.exe

目前已安装vs2015（安装了20G+，很多都勾选了）。

怎么办去哪弄个el.exe？
还有什么替换方案吗？
顺便求些编译php好点的文章
