串口通信php串口gsm模块

存在问题如下
1、设备连接好之后，必须要使用串口助手之类的软件打开串口，再关闭软件，才能使用php发送读串口的at指令，否则就假死，为什么？
2、电信手机号收不到短信，不知为什么？
