mysql-navicat连接不上数据库

在下午开发java时，用到了java连接数据库，用java通过操作navicat来操作数据库。但是myclipse连不navicat。于是打开navicat，结果发现navicat打开后也连不上数据库了，提示说cannt conect mysql 10038，换了连接名，换了接口，都不好使。而且mysql5.7command line client窗口在输入密码后出现闪退的现象。请教各位大神怎么办？很急!!!!
