逗号分隔处理-mysql中逗号分隔开的id怎么处理

现在表中某个字段存的是id，如果有个多个就以逗号隔开，根据这个id可以去另外一个表中
查出名字，我现在要直接查这张表，这个字段显示为namea,nameb,这种，sql能直接
处理吗？不想写存储过程，也不想在代码中处理，有好的办法。
