mysql优化mssql

A表600M,有ntext列，记录15万条
B表6000M,有ntext列，记录15万条

其它列都几乎相同并且没有占多字节的列

这种情况是不是说明B表中多数ntext列都存储N倍于A表的内容？

两个表都需要如何优化吗？如何优化？

原数据库为mssql,如何把mssql转换成mysql(myisam)?
