asp.net引用mysql.data奇怪问题。

C#引用mysql.data对mysql数据库进行操作，刚刚引用的时候可以，一段时间后提示如下错误：
未能加载文件或程序集“MySql.Data, Version=5.2.3.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c5687fc88969c44d”或它的某一个依赖项。拒绝访问。
然后将原来的引用删除，重新引用又可以使用，再过一段时间后又不行了。
按照网上的一些方法改过之后都不行，版本也是和提示是一样的。
求大神指教菜鸟。
