运行widget.py文件。
ubuntu:
在ubuntu上，memo.desktop文件可以放在desktop文件夹中，chmod +x，自己修改文件中对应的路径（很容易的）。即可用作桌面图标
程序在ubuntu测试基本没发现什么错误
注：第一次运行，由于没有便签内容，所以有可能一下子找不到窗口在哪。（窗口一开始只有两个按钮）
windows:
1. 可以运行hotkey.pyw,这样的话，就可以 使用 快捷键'~'，长按该键就可以显示，松开窗口就隐藏。也可以点击通知栏图标来显示窗口。
2. 可以运行widget.pyw，这样就不会有快捷键功能
3. 窗口的移动暂时只能依靠拖动垃圾桶图标
4. 这里有windows打包好的可执行程序：http://pan.baidu.com/s/1gdh8EtH。
