下载simpletest在cakephp应用程序vendor目录下。

报错arguments.php找不到
解决方法：
你很可能用的是simpletest 1.1alpha，这个版本还没稳定。
即便从repo http://simpletest.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/simpletest/simpletest/trunk/arguments.php
中下载缺失的文件，你仍然很可能会遇到其他问题。
目前的建议是回退到simpletest老的稳定版本: 1.0.1
