像这个表达了什么样的意思?如何去设计?
从问题上来看楼主水平不会太高，因此不太建议花太多精力的在这里。如果是问怎么画UML，随便找点资料，装一个UML的设计工具就行了，但是就怕画不出来。
你截图的东西是一个类的描述，上半部分是属性，下半部分是方法，+表示public，-表示protected。如果一个类根本没必要画，直接写代码就行了，可是把项目，或者一个module中的所有类都画出来，你觉得自己能驾驭吗？
能画这个的话可以直接带团开发项目了，有这个能力的人通常也不会问这种问题了，所以只能呵呵了。
