肯定是可以的，云主机面板相当于一款服务器管理软件 ，把你的开发机当成服务器，就可以了啊，
只不过不明白这样有什么意义，开发机你肯定有最大权限了还是本地管理，有必要装这个么

楼上眼瞎，是生产环境。
首先 amh wdcp都是服务器上用来傻瓜式安装的web运行环境的服务器端脚本程序。这里面自然包含php的运行环境。如果你要安装php的开发环境和并进行网站管理这两款软件都可以满足。我个人建议收费版的amh很好用。
一般优先建议商业面板 Cpanel Directadmin Plesk
